By the time you finish reading this article you are going to know how to have healthy skin in 3 easy steps to follow. All you need to know is what to do, how much of it you need to do and what to avoid. Ok that’s kind of vague. To be more precise i am going to share three skin rejuvenators that you simply need in order to maintain healthy skin. These are a balanced diet, the right skin lotions and a healthy amount of sleep. Lets start with the diet.

1. A Good Diet - There is a saying that doctors love, it goes, “you are what you eat!”. This not only applies in the context of weight but also to the health of your skin. Some food is good for your skin and others are bad. It really is that simple. Examples of good skin foods are fruits and vegetables. They all contain vital vitamins that will protect your skin from the suns UV rays. Water is another essential part of a balanced diet. The reason water is so important is because it keeps your skin hydrated and helps remove toxic waste.

2.Beauty creams and Lotions - Did you know that many skin care products today contain ingredients that actually harm your skin overtime? Shocking but true. That is why it is important that you know the right ingredients that a lotion should have.

The best two ingredients in my opinion are collagen and elastin. Both have an anti-wrinkle effect and help remove age spots.

3.Lots of Sleep - My last tip on how to have healthy skin is lots of sleep. Research has proven that sleeping for an average of eight hours is actually good for your skin. Sleep also reduces stress. Since stress is known to trigger skin outbreaks, plenty of sleep will therefore help keep your skin clear.

So there you have it, three easy steps you can take today that will keep your skin clearer and younger looking. A balance diet, the right lotion and plenty of rest and sleep. Now put what you have just learnt to action , you owe it to yourself.
